$350.00 plus GST
Affidavit of Valid Execution or plight (if required) additional charge of $150.00.
Application for Letters of Administration
Including Drafting Consents, Affidavit, Notice of Application and Letters of Administration
$450.00 plus GST
Application for Letters of Administration with Will Annexed
Including Drafting Consents, Affidavit, Notice of Application and Letters of Administration
$500.00 plus GST
Affidavit of Valid Execution or plight (if required) additional charge of $150.00.
Application for Letters of Administration – De Bonis Non
Part of estate remains unadministered upon death of administrator after inter meddling in the estate.
